Drone Snow Mt. Laguna 4k

Video taken with a drone of snow on Mt. Laguna. First snow fall of the Fall season on Mt. Laguna, California. This video is in 4k Resolution, so if your computer or TV can handle it by all means change the settings to 4K for the best detailed playback.

I’m using my Yuneec Typhoon Q500 G model with a Gopro Hero4 camera  shooting in 4k at 30fps.

This was just a light dusting of snow, so we didn’t have to go through the usual hassle of putting chains on once you exit onto the sunrise Highway from Highway 8. Mount Laguna is the place to go to see and experience no in San Diego because it’s just about 45 minutes to an hour ride east of town.

At the next major snowfall, if you’re planning to go to Mount Laguna be sure to bring chains that you will be required to attach before going down sunrise Highway. Also, I would suggest that you go about 5 miles past the general store and on your right you can see a great view overlooking the desert 3,000 feet below!

  1. Excellent work and concept. Some sub pixel interpolation problems on motion sequences. Have you tried higher frame rates? What do you edit with? Very nice drone work,
