As I see it, you have made a VERY conservative prediction. In some San Diego neighborhoods the value drops are almost 25%!

Just heard my first radio commercials for San Diego lawyers looking for people who ‘did not understand’ how their adjustable loans would increase.
Personally, I feel you are off base. This is the bottom of our setback for San Diego real estate.
