San Diego real estate video marketing

DJI Phantom 2 Vision Plus.  In my opinion, currently this is the best investment for ‘hands-on’ real estate agents who want to take their property marketing to the next level.

My first video drone was the Walkera QRX 350 prior to this Phantom 2 Vision Plus. But, with Technology moving as fast as it does, as soon as I found out that a new, updated QR X350 was going to be released, I sold mine. While waiting to read some reviews of the new QRX 350 Pro, DJI announced the release of this new Phantom 2 Vision Plus. So when comparing the features, the price and most importantly, the service, I decided to go with Phantom 2 Vision Plus.

*** Until the FAA issues final regulations on drone usage, the commercial use of them is in question. So, it’s best to just use them just for your personal hobby interests. We are NOT offering any aerial photography services at this time.

Before I go any further, real estate agents, who are reading this should understand that this is a great investment in your business if you are a hands-on type of person who enjoys technology. If not, there are quite a few real estate videotaping companies who utilize an aerial drone and charge anywhere from about $300-$3000, depending on the type of video and the production quality you’re looking to achieve.

Also, keep in mind that real estate aerial video photography is just one element in putting together a good real estate property marketing video. To use aerial video, photography for the entire marketing piece would be quite boring and ineffective in getting the property sold.
I would recommend using the aerial video, photography, either at the beginning or at the end of your real estate video marketing, production.
