San Diego real estate market – Buyers in Control

San Diego real estateToday's market is slowing as sellers maintain often unrealistic pricing expectations and buyers have more properties to choose from. The inventory of homes available for sale has increased dramatically. New home communities are still building new homes in many areas of San Diego creating even more standing inventory. Prices are softening due to the current excessive inventory
