San Diego home builders selling land vs. building it out.

San Diego housing bubbleD.R. Horton, one of the nation’s largest home builders, is not the only one shedding land purchased during San Diego’s housing heyday.   1. In 2005 most of the commenters on the real estate market were saying there’s no bubble and our mini boom would never end, this is a sure sign that an end is fast approaching.

  2. believe there was a show on TV called” Flip This House” for real estate speculators this was another sign of an overheated bubble.
