San Diego Delinquent Property Tax Notices Sent to More Than 60,000

San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector Dan McAllister announced today that notices are being sent to 60,331 San Diego County residents who are delinquent on their property taxes. The San Diego County delinquent taxpayers owe more than $201 million.
The good news is that the number of delinquency notices being issued is 11,147 less than last year.
Delinquent taxpayers have until June 30th to pay their late property tax bills or additional penalties will be incurred.

I think that the days of living beyond our means and relying on credit cards have gotten us to a point where no one takes their financial responsibilities seriously. That’s too many people being irresponsible with their finances.
