San Diego Condo Sold

San Diego Condo Sold

Being in residential real estate sales for over three decades I’ve had the opportunity to assist a number of my clients from buying their first homes, move-up homes and finally retirement homes.

Sure, there’s a certain sense of pride and satisfaction in selling any property. It’s different though when I’m fortunate enough to help the same client through various life-cycle homes.

Below is an e-mail that I just received today from my most recent closed sale:

Dear Bob,

I cannot believe how time goes by so fast.  Here it is almost two months now and I am living in my new home in Florida.  It would not be, if it were not for your experience and wisdom is selling my condo for me.  It was 15 years ago that you were highly recommended to me when I was interested in purchasing a Condo in the San Diego area.  You did you magic and I was fortunate in buying the perfect Condo overlooking the golf Course. Because of you and your great negotiating skills I was able to purchase it.  I have loved living there these past 15 years.

When I recently made the decision to put my Condo on the market I wanted you to be the agent  because of the wonderful experience I had with you when I first bought it

When you sold my Condo it was what I call a “miracle”.  In today’s market it really was! You did your magic once again and I will be forever grateful to you.  I love my new home and it has everything I have always wanted, even a pool that I dreamed of having.  Because of you and the sale of my condo I had the finances to purchase my dream home.

Thank you again for making my dreams come true!  Because of our friendship,  and the view outside my window as I glance out at the pool I will never forget you, and  know how lucky I am to have been a friend and a client.

Fondly and sincerely your friend always!

Carol Seigel

P.S.   I will send pictures soon.
