Real Estate Market Improving
Real estate market continues to improve!
Today the Commerce Department building permits increased to annual rate of 899,000 units, the highest since July 2008.
These building permits for future home construction were at their fastest increase in November then we’ve seen in just over four years. This firming trend was confirmed by a report on yesterday showing builders’ confidence in the market for new single family homes rose this month to its highest level in more than 6-1/2 years.
today’s report reinforces the fact that the housing recovery is very broad-based, with sales, home building and prices all showing some gains.
