What could possibly be your basis for such an argument? How has the “Regime”, by preventing a 30 % to 35% decline in real estate prices over the last 18 to 24 month period, virtually assure us of a 40% or greater real decline spread over a long, painful decade? Such a brash opinion should at least be supported with some theoretical basis or fact. Please enlighten me?
