Home Mortgage Rates Drop

For seven of the past eight weeks, rates on 30-year mortgages have dropped. According to Freddie Mac, fixed-rate mortgages lowered to 6.43 percent last week. This is down from 6.47 percent two weeks ago. This is good news!

    It seems that SD real estate follows about a 10 year boom to bust cycle; perhaps it takes 10 years for people to forget the last bust.

    It seems the speculators had bailed out of San Diego real-estate and are now into commodities.
