Florida Real Estate Market in Big Time Decline

real estatebubbleIn the Fort Myers and Cape Coral areas of Southwest Florida, existing home sales plummeted 34 percent between January 2006 and January 2007, according to the Florida Association REALTORS®.

    Looks like Florida real estate is in the same trouble as San Diego and Las Vegas real estate.

    Just today I heard a radio stock market person say it’s a good time to buy San Diego real estate. It could be a good time to buy. But, I think it will be a much better time to buy in a year from now!
