Decade Low for San Diego Home Sales

San Diego home salesToday, DataQuick Information Systems reported reported San Diego homes sales hit a decade low!

Actually, San Diego home sales were up 6 percent from March. But, the six counties in the region experienced the fewest homes sold in any April since 1995, DataQuick reported.

Plus, foreclosure filings hit 2,612 last month, according to RealtyTrac.   1. I believe there was a show on TV called” Flip This House” for real estate speculators this was another sign of an overheated bubble.

  2. It’s just surprising that so many people with the clear signs that were present in 2004 and 2005 didn’t say that the San Diego real estate bubble was about to bust.
