California Home for $1.00?

Surprised In order to make way for a new lavish beach front hotel, the city of Oceanside will accept $1 from anyone who will remove the house still sitting on the proposed property. The 100-year-old Rorick/Reid House is located on 106 N. Pacific St and the buyer need only pay one dollar. However, a speedy removal of the home is imperative so as to begin new construction as soon as possible.
