This video is the first of two videos on my personal 2013 outlook for the San Diego real estate market. In this video I note the positive trends in the San Diego California real estate market and why the seem to indicate continued housing market improvement in 2013.

In the second video on my San Diego 2013 housing market forecast, I note the negative factors for the national as well as the California real estate market in 2013.
