San Diego home prices drop in August
NBC 7/39 in San Diego, reported yesterday that San Diego home prices were down more than 2% when compared to August 2005. Plus, they reported that August ’06 San Diego real estate sales were the slowest since 1997. Keep in mind, as I have said before, these drops are occuring at during the strongest seasonal real estate market time. San Diego homeowners should see these drops increase as the Fall & Winter sales are reported.
