Will Biden Mandates Crash the Real Estate Market?

Is the housing market is about to crash?

The real estate market is doomed. Housing prices are sky high and there is a frenzy in the housing market to buy single family houses. This is the first time in history, that the president has deliberately CAUSED mass unemployment, instead of trying to eliminate it. This guy needs to go. Like yesterday! Let’s go Brandon!

We will see single family houses crash. We will see a financial windfall leave single family homes as people step into an affordability crisis. Goldman Sachs predicts single family homes will increase another 16% in 2022 which would equate to 36% home appreciation in 24 months. All this happening all while everyone is leaving their jobs and the economy is soon to be contracting? This makes little sense.

This administration will go down as the worst in US history. We are in serious trouble with this administration we are definitely headed for dark days ahead if we don’t start standing up for ourselves!

Thank God we got all those unvaccinated illegal immigrants to fill all those jobs that we the American citizens are losing!

I think the word “transitory” is the new in word for all yuppies. BTW, the word means “something that doesn’t last long.” Yeah, firing people at work during a time when we have shortages of everything is a good idea. If you believe this, then you must be a democrat.

Remember when they said Trump was a dictator and he was going to do ALL the things this administration is doing now!

Keep in mind, that as of today there has been no executive order issued or bill passed by Congress authorizing this mandate affecting private businesses of 100 or more employees! Yes, it’s all only been what Biden read on his teleprompter, not a law or not an executive order!

Biden does say that OSHA ( Occupational Safety and Health Administration ), will be releasing their new mandate requirement shortly. Personally, I think that if they are ever released, there will be an immediate court injunction sought to suspend them at least until the case can be heard, most probably by the Supreme Court! I believe on the face of it,  any new OSHA rule/mandate affecting individual companies (not federal employees), is so blatantly unconstitutional, that it will definitely be overturned once it reaches the Supreme Court!

If this does take place, it would be laughable, if at the end of the Supreme Court’s decision ruling this mandate unconstitutional, they added the phrase: Let’s go Brandon!

Real estate caused the last financial crisis. I suspect it will contribute greatly to the one coming!
