San Diego Home Prices Gain
The latest S&P Dow Jones Indices for February 2015 show that home prices continued their rise across the country over the last 12 months.
Home resale values rose 5.1 percent from January 2014 to January 2015. The pace is down from the 19.4 percent annual growth seen in January 2014.
San Diego’s annual gain ranked 10th out of the 20 cities it measures. Denver, Dallas and Miami had the biggest growth, of more than 8 percent, while Washington, D.C., and Cleveland both saw growth slower than 2 percent. The 20-city composite rose 4.6 percent over the year.
