 It would seem like progressives are not satisfied with government nudges – they want more coercion in pursuit of their utopian ideas. Americans are not saving enough for their retirement because they don’t have enough money to save. Real income has been retrograding for 30 years. In addition, the interest rates are so low that there is no incentive to place whatever extra money you have in the bank.
