East Coast Discount Real Estate Broker Said To Be Contemplating Bankruptcy

ByeFoxtons Real Estate, a large 'discount' brokerage based in New Jersey, said due to the downturn in the housing market it was contemplating bankruptcy. The Asbury Park Press said the company will continue with only a “skeleton crew”-laying off 350 of its 380 employees.
