If you think about it marketing is really the majority of a real estate agent’s job. In order to do that job successfully, and in the best interest of their clients, real estate agents have to stay on the cutting-edge of technology.

In today’s real estate marketplace especially here in southern California, the residential real estate market places very competitive. In the mid-to high-end home areas, most of these sellers interview at least three agents before deciding on which one to select to represent them with the sale of their property.

Obviously, if you are one of the three San Diego real estate agents to be selected for interview, you want to be totally prepared, and if possible emphasize the unique feature that you can bring to the clients property that the other agents cannot.
