Really track came out with data that shows the most and the least affordability housing markets for members of generation Y which were those born after 1980 in the US. And to no one’s real surprise counties in California and New York took the top five spots on the least affordability for housing market.
In order of the least affordable in housing markets. They were: San Francisco County, New York County, Kings County (New York) Bronx County (New York), and Los Angeles County. On the most affordable housing markets list the top place went to Richmond County (Georgia – South Carolina), then Cumberland County (North Carolina), DeKalb County (Georgia), Duval County(Florida) , and lastly, Philadelphia County.
