California Real Estate – It’s Over!

Yes, I’ve seen this before in 2005. . .home prices still going up while home sales are falling!

For those of you who may not be regular readers here is the link to the first warning blog post that I put out; my first post where I called the real estate market top was June 15, 2021 (https://www.brokerforyou.com/brokerforyou/real-estate-market-downturn/ ) . On June 17 I had a follow-up post ( https://www.brokerforyou.com/brokerforyou/real-estate-market-bust/ ) where I added additional indicators, that to me showed that the market was in a topping phase right now! I put the links to each one of those prior post above, and would suggest if you’re interested, to reread those posts! Read more »

Plan for Real Estate

Real Estate has been a great real estate investment for many real estate investors and most real estate investors make a lot of money over the course of their life by investing in great real estate and holding onto that real estate and passing that real estate down from one generation to the next.

They teach their children how to property buy rental properties and do to that their children also bring in a lot of passive income on their own due to the real estate education that they are given from generation to generation. Read more »

California Extends Eviction Ban – Taking of Private Property

California Extends Eviction Ban

California homeowners - California Extends Eviction Ban

Gov. Newsom and the Democratic super-majority in Sacramento just passed the new law extending and modifying the ban on evictions for those Californians affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Now the ban extends until February 1, 2021! I should say at this point, that this article is just my opinion and should not be regarded as legal advice. Anyone affected or believed to be affected by this new law, should consult with their legal and tax advisors before taking any action whatsoever.

I’ve written about this situation before and how it’s my opinion the way this moratorium was set up actually amounts to the taking of personal property from landlords in California without just compensation. Well, I will modify that and say, the California ban on evictions takes personal property from California landlords without any compensation whatsoever! Read more »

Here are 3 major factors that discuss in depth in the video:

California’s Push Against Private Real Estate

California’s Push Against Private Real Estate

California's Push Against Private Real Estate - San Diego Residential Property Outlook

New Proposed bill will reduce California rents by 25%.

Just when you think there cannot be any more draconian California measures taken against the real estate market, a bill in the California legislature, if enacted, would reduce rents by 25%!

Sure, I know this sounds crazy, but it is in fact a real possibility! The California legislature’s bill is AB 828 proposed by San Francisco Democrat assemblyman Phil Ting.

This bill like the entire liberal progressive agenda is being pushed under the guise of a coronavirus measure. It has absolutely nothing to do with our current pandemic. I will clarify that a little does have to do with our pandemic of stupid liberal progressive ideas forced upon the middle class in California! Read more »
