Personally I believe this is one of the top residential San Diego real estate websites for unique traffic! Our site: is 20 years old! Most website insiders acknowledge that the age of a site, makes a huge difference in search engine rankings. Naturally, the higher your search engine rankings, the more traffic to your site.

San Diego real estate Let’s take a look how generates unique monthly traffic when compared to other San Diego well aged residential real estate sites:

First, we’ll take a look at a La Jolla real estate site that is approximately 12 years old:

Sure, the age of a site is very important, but it’s not only the age, it’s how much unique content a site has generated over its lifetime.

I’ve been semiretired for a number of years now but still do and occasional transaction. But, I have been, as you can see, maintaining the website and producing videos for my YouTube real estate channel. With the generic name like BROKERFORYOU.COM this could be a great lead generation site for a San Diego real estate broker who doesn’t want to spend a decade or more developing their own site.

An asset like this San Diego real estate website, in my opinion, is like investing in a commercial real estate building. It’s an asset that if maintained, will increase in value. Now, with the average real estate sale in San Diego over $500,000, and let’s say one side of a 2 1/2% commission would equal $12,500, how many new transactions do you think you could generate from over 20,000 unique visitors per month?

Well depending on your point of view, let’s say you added an MLS searching app that captured users emails,  I think on the low-end of projections you could probably generate at minimum, two sales or listing sides of new real estate transactions . . . or an easy, additional $25,000 per year!
