How evil! Conditions existing where people who allowed themselves to think that an ARM would never become unmanageable, but found that it had, may have to actually take some &quot;tough love&quot; and start all over on more solid ground with valuable lessons learned.
This is not a report on how shitty they&#039;re doin&#039; us or how bad the economy is. This is just a returning to more normal conditions and may even be better for people to get on more solid ground and build real equity, though it may take a little more work.
