I understand that a lot of the attendees could have been at various talks but, the main exhibit hall did not seem as crowded as in the past.

Plus, if you look at the video you’ll see there’s a huge amount of vendor exhibit tables unoccupied. Also, there seemed like there was plenty of additional space to add many more exhibitors.

Obviously, I don’t know how the numbers worked out for the Association or for the exhibitors that were there. But a day after the show I did call one of the exhibitors and asked for his impressions of the traffic this year. He said compared to 2015 the traffic seemed to be a lot less this year. Read more »
