June Home Prices Higher

June home prices move up

The June home prices in the 20-city S&P/Case-Shiller index was up 4.5%.

The city with the largest home price increase for June was Denver with a 10.2% year-over-year increase. This was followed by San Francisco with a 9.5% increase and Dallas with a 8.2% rise.

Within the 20-city index, eleven cities showed home prices in June 2015. Read more
